The use of our website is normally possible without indication of personal information. We process your data for the following purposes

If you request information from us or register for one of our courses, we use your personal information to respond to your queries, process your registration, carry out your training, and to create and store your documents. In addition, we are interested in maintaining the customer relationship with you, which is why we provide you with information and offers.

To facilitate the use of our website and to design it according to your interests, we log the accessing of our website as well as the retrieval of files and use cookies for this purpose. The following is recorded: name of the accessed file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser, and inquiring domain.

In addition, a part of the IP address of the requesting computer is logged. The usage profiles formed in this way are processed under a pseudonym or anonymously. Your data are passed on to IT or shipping providers.

If you register for a professional development program or course, we need your personal information to process your registration, carry out your professional development, and store your final documents. It is therefore necessary that the application form is completed completely and correctly, and that it is submitted together with the required additional documents. Without these data, we cannot offer you any professional development courses or programs.

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No additional data are collected. We only use this data to send the requested information and will not pass it on to third parties. Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your data from the enquiry form, including the contact information you provided there, will be stored for processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The data will not be passed on without your permission.

ReachLocal

This website uses products of ReachLocal GmbH, Techspace, Lobeckstraße 36, 10969 Berlin. ReachLocal temporarily collects personal information that is deleted after 90 days. The company uses a reverse proxy principle and a tracking code to monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in search engines by tracking visits and activities on the website. Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Matomo

This website uses the open source software Matomo for the statistical analysis of user behaviour. It is provided by InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand.

Pseudonymised user profiles may be created from the collected Data for optimisation and marketing purposes. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are saved locally in the temporary memory of the user’s internet browser. Cookies enable among other things the recognition of the internet browser. The data collected using Matomo technology (including your pseudonymised IP address) is processed on the Nuremberg Institute of Technology’s servers. Article 6 (1) point f GDPR is the legal basis for processing personal data using cookies. The data is forwarded to our marketing partner for website optimisation in anonymised form only. It is not forwarded to other third parties.

The information created by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to identify the website visitor personally and is not linked to personal data about the pseudonym owner.

If you do not agree with the storage and analysis of this data about your website visit, then you can, in the following, object to this storage and use anytime with the click of a button. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser. This prevents the collection of any data on your website visit.
